Editorial separation

Hospitality Capital Malaysia's editorial desk does not write commercial material for this site, does not recommend the opportunities on it, and does not share its newsletter subscribers with it. Its coverage operates under its own published editorial and disclosure policies.

Where this site links to the publication's research, the research appears on the publication's own site, labelled as independent research or, where it concerns a Sponsor Partner, as Sponsor Partner coverage.

Developers and Sponsor Partners

Opportunities come from participating developers. The current featured developer, Richmond Asia Group (Richmond Asia IV Sdn Bhd for Richmond Mayor), is also a Sponsor Partner of Hospitality Capital Malaysia: the publication's publisher has a commercial relationship with Richmond, providing it with sales and marketing tooling.

The appointed property marketing partner

Enquiries are handled by Appointed Property Advisory Partner, an appointed property marketing partner for the developer. Its advisors act for the developer in selling the project; they are not independent financial advisers.

Payment

This is a commercial service. You should assume that the parties presenting a featured opportunity — the publisher and the appointed marketing partner — may be paid by the developer in connection with enquiries or sales, and so have a commercial interest in it. You pay nothing to make an enquiry.

Facts and images

Project facts are taken from the developer's own published materials and from independent reporting, and each is labelled with its source. Developer statements are the developer's claims until confirmed in the sale documents. Images are the developer's artist's impressions and are indicative only. Return figures, prices and promotions are not published here; ask the advisor, and have the documents reviewed independently.
